Job Description





Responsibilities

  • Translate messages from CEO to employees
  • First point of contact; handle correspondence and calls for CEO
  • Manage Calendar, organise meetings and appointments
  • Keep track of important tasks and deadlines
  • Organise events and conferences
  • Prepare reports and presentations
  • Deal with legal documents, financial reports and international tax matters
  • Maintain database and filing
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders


Requirement
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration
  • Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience
