Role Responsibilities

To provide full administrative support to Head of Local Corporates Singapore and Head of International Corporates Singapore. Inclusive of team support to ensure the smooth running of the department. Business
Department Administration

  • Provide Administration and secretarial support.
  • Arrange meetings and conference calls, including booking of meeting rooms.
  • Travel arrangements including meeting schedules, accommodation, visa arrangement and transportation.
  • Prepare and submit expense claims.
  • Raise e-procurement for payment made to invoices and tracking of payment status.
  • Raise SRM for IT requirements, follow up and ensure closure of the requisitions.
  • Admin support for department events and matters.
New hires/Leavers
  • New request/return of hardware, IT, office requirements including printing of business cards.
  • New request/removal of system and security access.
  • Prepare handover checklist and removal of accesses for leavers.
Other Support
  • Manage client nominations and client invitations for Marketing Events.
  • Follow-up and update on clients RSVP status for client events.
  • Organize team meetings/offsites, calls and other conferences/workshops, including venue bookings, raising of POs, travel arrangements of teams etc.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Line manager.

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group\xe2\x80\x99s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • 6+ years of experience in Banking Industry.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • A good team player for the Line Manager and his team members.
  • Ability to interact with senior managements.
  • Discreet, reliable and diplomatic in sensitive information.
  • Well organized and disciplined approach to work
  • Able to multi-task and manage numerous deliverables effectively.
Role Specific Technical Competencies
  • Microsoft Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Managing Calendar
  • Ability to bring in improvements, efficiency to administrative matters
