Administrative support for Financial Services Industry - $1,000/mth - $1,400/mth

  • Work hours: office hours
  • 3 day work week
  • Location: Bugis and Work from Home (Flexible)
  • Monday/Thursday - 9am to 6pm (work from office)
  • Tues/Wed/Fri/Sat - 1 hour (work from home)
Customer Relationship Manager 22 hours work week at $1,000 - $1,400/mth - Manage client onboarding experience - Festive/Life stages gifts and greetings - Scheduling of client meetings and events - Attending to clients queries and admin request - Management of client database - General Administration - Managing client database Customer relationship management (birthday, gifting, events, greeting cards) - Reviews and appointment setting/ follow-up - Marketing admin Job Requirement - Proficient in MS Office applications - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills English (Written and Verbal) Experience in the financial industry is an advantage.
