Job Description



  • Location: Near Tanjong Pagar MRT
  • Monday - Friday: 9 AM - 6 PM
  • AWS + VB
Our Client is a leading Premier Independent Financial Adviser and Exempt Insurance Broker.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the director with their external commitments and activities.
  • Coordinate the planning and organization of meetings.
  • Prepare presentations and perform comparisons of quotes.
  • Oversee and review filing systems.
  • Effectively manage and maintain the director\'s calendar, including scheduling meetings and tracking expenses, as well as handling claims submissions.
  • Prioritize and schedule meetings based on importance and urgency.
  • Compile and prepare meeting materials, which may include presentations and meeting minutes.
  • Conduct research, gather information, and analyze data from quotes or other sources in advance of the director\'s needs.
  • Processing of KYC onboarding.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience.
  • Experience in the financial advisory industry would be preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Job Type Permanent Full Time

Working Hours Monday - Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM

Salary From S$2,500.00 to S$4,000.00
