Responsibilities:
  • Perform full spectrum of secretarial support to Director
  • In charge of all private and confidential materials of the organization and Director
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events
  • Ensure timely reminders and provide necessary details for all appointments
  • Manage to-do list and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents as required
  • Provide summaries and analysis of gathered information
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree
  • You are able to handle confidential matters with discretion
  • Self-motivated individuals
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate Salary: $2,600.00 - $3,600.00 per month Benefits:
