Job Duties:
- Oversee the business operation
- General PA duties cum Admin
- Handle property licensing and rental
- Travel arrangement and scheduling
- Responsible for admin, clerical & administrative
- Responsible for company stock & inventory
- Preparing, handling and managing documents & filing
- Able to liaise with the contractor / supplier
- Assist in HR admin, filing & documentation
- Planning and creating and executing advertising campaigns
- Design and prepare advertisements as needed
- Planning and designing new products
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Preferable with photo and video editing skills & digital marketing / content writing / graphic design knowledge
