Job Description


Job Duties:

  • Manage household regular maintenance schedule and ad-hoc maintenance (ie, pest control, A/C maintenance, etc.)
  • Assist in the management of household staff including helpers, chef, driver and nanny
  • Prepare monthly payroll for household staff and claims processing
  • Manage household bills
  • Ensure organized filing system and proper filing of all household records
  • Provide confidential administrative support to kids\xe2\x80\x99 scheduling (ie, schools, extra-curricular
  • activities, medical appointments, etc.)
  • Provide confidential administrative support to the family
  • Provide confidential administrative support to other ad-hoc household matters (ie, travel bookings, assist in hosting events, etc.)
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience as Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Languages: Fluent in Mand.arin and Eng.lish
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Ability to be proactive and take initiative
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Knowledge of using MS Office and/or Google G-Suites
  • Ability to remain professional and be vigilant when handling the family\xe2\x80\x99s personal and confidential information
Working Location: Orchard Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm / flexible/ this job require 24/7 standby on call for emergency case
