Prioritising workloads
Handle all scheduling and appointments as requested
Receive and respond to enquiries through calls and emails
Follow-up / provide information on accounting and corporate secretarial related atters
Making travel and meeting arrangements
Logging or processing claims submission, bills or expenses
Typing, preparing and collating reports
Liaising with relevant organisations and clients
Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
Ad hoc duties as assigned by managers
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
1 to 3 years of relevant experiences Humble personality, willing to learn and positive thinking ,Self-motivated, detail-minded and well-organized
Good interpersonal skills and proficient in spoken and written English
Good Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint

5 days work week (Mon - Fri)
