The Role SocietyA seeks a Personal Shopper to provide a variety of private shopping services, keen storytelling and relationship building with our Customers. Responsibilities :

• Create sales opportunities through personal-shopping, home-shopping, in-store styling appointments and more.
• Achieve monthly retention and renewal targets of existing clients.
• Identify existing and new client opportunities to promote growth of sales, and manage clients' needs by sending personally styled/curated outfits lookbooks.
• Updating customer engagement report and CRM database daily.
• Develop individual customer’s record through monitoring their shopping.
• Provide timely assistance and support to clients regarding their queries and issues.
• Maximise use of calls, messages and emails as part of daily correspondence.
• Increase spend of individuals and develop customer loyalty through understanding customer’s style needs
• Ensure prompt follow up activity with customers acquired through Personal Shopping Events / Promotions to build lasting relationships

Others information :

• Salary: Up to $3,000 Basic + Commission (Salary commensurate with experience)
• Working hours: 5 days work week on retail working hours - 8 hours daily including weekend and PH

• Pleasant and presentable outlook
• Have experience as a fashion sales executive / personal shopper for a luxury fashion brand
• Friendly, helpful and confident with an engaging personality
