Job Description

1. Assist manager in full spectrum daily operations 2. Arrange and manage on-boarding and off-boarding process 3. Arrange workers check in and out in dormitory and quarantine Assist manager in full spectrum daily operations Arrange and manage on-boarding and off-boarding process Arrange workers check in and out in dormitory and quarantine details with agent Handle and keep record of employee's P Files. Ensure employee's datas is up to date in our server and our system Update of namelists in excel Record employee's annual leave and medical leave Perform calculation of employees overtime & claims Keep track and renew of all employees' passes expiry Maintain and manage office supplies & pantry Provide day to day administrative support (Data entry, filing, scanned documents) Any other admin duties will be assigned from time to time Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft office Able to work under minimal supervision and work independently Dynamic and highly motivated individual with positive attitude Ability to prioritize, plan and focus on deadlines Ability to use discretion and keep sensitive financial related information confidential Ability to multi task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced work environment Training will be provided.
