Job Description

Responsibilities
Management of inventory including supply and distribution of controlled drugs, dispensing and disseminating of accurate drug information to patients in accordance to protocol and legal requirements.
Preparing medications, giving pharmacological information to multidisciplinary health care team, and monitoring patient drug therapies.
Prepares medications by reviewing and interpreting physician orders and detecting therapeutic incompatibilities.
Dispenses medications by compounding, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals.
Controls medications by monitoring drug therapies; advising interventions.
Develops hospital staff\xe2\x80\x99s pharmacological knowledge by participating in clinical programs and training pharmacy staff, students, interns, externs, residents, and health care professionals.Supervises the work results of support personnel.Protects patients and technicians by adhering to infection-control protocols.

Requirements
Bachelor in Pharmacy
Registration with Singapore Pharmacy Counsil

2 - 4 years of working experience in a hospital will be ideal
