  • Real estate property management experience needed
  • Phone Sales: When people call to rent space. Then defer prospect to onsite sales
  • Web marketing
  • Billing.
  • Bookkeeping: Work on online accounting system similar to QuickBooks
  • Manage people who work either onsite, or like yourself remotely. They are in admin, web marketing, bookkeeping.
  • Monitor workers by camera
  • Monitor workers' computers remotely with special software
  • Collections
  • Problem solutions
Hard Skills
  • Computer skills: Excellent
  • Analytical: Research non-readily found information
  • Real estate property management experience.
Soft Human Skills
  • Very well organized
  • Manage and motivate staff members in the US and Philippines
  • English speaking writing skills Excellent
  • Conflict resolution skills. Be nice. Calm stresses clients but don't let them take advantage.
  • Ethics
  • Recruiting online for new openings. Interview by video conference.
  • Negotiate services from contractors: Landscaping, Janitorial, Other services, etc.
Your Background:
  • Pass strict local background check.
  • Stable work history
Logistics:
  • Work evening shift: Manage property rentals in US.
  • Internet Connection Excellent. Phone will be through your computer using VoIP.
  • Excellent computer hardware.
  • You'll be on the phone much of the day so need a quiet work room.
  • Paid online classes for any skills you feel you need to improve or brush up on.
Total Remuneration Includes:
Base pay which comprises the majority of your income.
Quarterly bonus income based on performance metrics.
