KEY JOB PURPOSE

• Responsible for executing the assigned photography assignments for the organization. Event coverage of internal and external VIPs, stakeholders, ministers and foreign delegates for social media marketing and archival purposes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Event photography for all assigned events
• Photoshoot internal and external VIPs, stakeholders, minsters and foreign delegates for social media marketing
• Assist in managing photography database, archival and image backup adhering to best practices and SOP guidelines
• Elevates brand perception of university through production of high-quality photos, stock images and other creative content for social media, advertising and marketing collaterals
• Prompt delivery of images for press releases during VIP photoshoots and event coverage
• Reply to e-mails and other assigned administrative duties

• Quality of photography output
• Promptness of delivery of final deliverables
• Ability to follow Team lead\xe2\x80\x99s instructions, SOPs and recommended guidelines
• Effective communication skills

Requirements

• Diploma in any field
• Portfolio, skills and experience will be prioritised over academic qualifications
• At least one to five years of experience in photography and image editing
• Portrait and Event photography experience
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Light room and/or Capture One
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and Mac Computers
• Experience with DSLR and/or Mirrorless cameras (preferably Sony and/or Canon systems)
• Singaporean Only
