We are currently looking for warm and caring PIANO/VIOLIN Teachers (Full-Time, Part-Time) to conduct 1-1 piano, violin and music explorer classes at our East (Parkway Centre) location. Why choose us? Responsibilities Teaching Music

• Conduct individual piano classes and small group music explorer classes (3-4 participants).
• Create learning plans and prepare lessons in relation to individual students\' goals and examination syllabuses
• Prepare students for music exams, competitions, or performances
• Communicate with parents regarding student goals and progress
• Motivate students and encourage progress in the student\xe2\x80\x99s learning journey

Curriculum Development

• Contribute to the development and curriculum of the piano program when requested

Working Together

• Support colleagues in creating a happy environment conducive to student learning
• Attend staff meetings and teacher training sessions when requested
• Work collaboratively with other colleagues for workshops, camps, exam preparation, or concerts

Marketing & Promotions

• Assist in marketing activities related to promoting the school when requested
• Help with training new teachers when requested

Tell us more! Please share with us your qualifications and related experience: Must have:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Diploma, or Grade 8 Certificate or Diploma from a recognized music program such as ABRSM, RockSchool, RCM, or Trinity in piano or violin
• At least 1 year\'s experience teaching music
• You smile easily with confident communication skills
• A fun, creative approach to teaching music

We\'d also love to see:

• Certification in both violin and piano is a plus
• Previous MOE registration as a music teacher
• Experience teaching younger children or music discovery classes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $2,800.00 - $3,600.00 per month Benefits:
