Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform Inspection to ensure that the construction work is performed and meet the project specific Quality Requirements.
• Verify in process inspection and final inspection.
• Verifying piping material identity (pipe, valves and fittings) and its conformance to the installation drawings.
• Provide appropriate feedback to management regarding QA/QC matters.
• Ensure Piping and Mechanical ITP stages are followed and complied.
• Monitor Piping and Mechanical operations and conduct required inspections work to resolve quality related issues with workers, subcontractors, and the client.
• Develop inspection and test programs.
• Coordinate quality site inspections with all site sub-contractors and vendors, coordinate all non-destructive testing on site, and monitor the implementation of the approved site QC plan.
• Ensure all quality control documentation is compiled and competed in a timely matter meeting project deadlines.
• Daily and weekly reports of site progress in line with project schedule.
• Witnessing final piping tests.

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Construction, Marine, Process and Engineering Sector
• Self-motivated, able to multitask
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to liaise with all levels of people
• Good knowledge of local industry
• Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
• Willing to travel / work in Jurong / Jurong Island / Bukom Island
