Job Description

This role is posted on behalf of Discover Tanjong Pagar and will be on a 2-year contract. Discover Tanjong Pagar (DTP) is a collaborative partnership of property owners and occupier businesses that have come together with a common aim to drive the enhancement of this unique precinct.

Responsible to the Board of Directors of DTP and the Co-Chair of DTP.

Responsibilities 1. To work in partnership with the DTP work group to manage and co-ordinate the development and delivery of DTP\'s business plan. 2. To develop effective relationships with external partners, agencies and stakeholders to successfully deliver services and projects. 3. To oversee and manage contracts and agreements with suppliers for services provided to the BID. 4. To oversee the development and delivery of an effective communications strategy which furthers DTP\'s aims and objectives. 5. To engage DTP members, external agencies, stakeholders, partners, community in Tanjong Pagar. 6. To oversee the successful implementation of DTP\'s projects and programming. 7. To manage any communications and engagement with DTP members including meetings, electronic communications and face to face visits, etc. 8. To undertake any other tasks commensurate with this role.

Requirements 1. At least 5 years of relevant experience in events management, marketing communications, hospitality, real estate and/or partnership building roles 2. Good interpersonal and relationship management skills. 3. Effective communicator with all levels.
