• Coordinate with internal customers for sales forecast
• Order processing and fulfillment of purchase requisitions
• Obtain, review and analyze material requirements for purchasing plans
• Follow up with suppliers on delivery lead times
• Proactively seek ways to reduce inventory aging and obsolesces
• Contact shipping companies for quotation and clearance of shipments
• Liaise with Land Transport Authority (LTA) for vehicle related matters
• Documentation of processes in line with company ISO procedures
• Generate monthly report and KPIs

• Diploma in Logistics, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Engineering or in related discipline
• Preferably has logistics or planning knowledge
• Familiar with automotive parts will be an added advantage
• Familiar with Incoterms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in MS Excel
