Configure and troubleshoot from the start of civil and structural construction activities till mechanical completion of site. Manage entire project cycle activities (from the start of construction to commission till handover to customer). Compliance to client operation and safety requirements. Implement Highest Safety, health, and Environment protection (HSE) Standards. Implement of high quality standards during project delivery. Execute project within budget and time schedule. Mobilize key resources to meet project demand. Monitor and control of project progress and work closely with Lead Planners. Construction Risk Management. Pre-comm/ commission and start-up of the building. Handover and close-out of project to the client. Manage Quantity Surveyors (QS) team during projects and tenders. Supervise QS on project progress claims and evaluation of sub-contractors' claims. Maintain relationships with clients and sub-contractors. Source and obtain quotations from new suppliers. Negotiate prices, credit term and delivery term with vendors and exercise cost control. Prepare and maintain the necessary documentation such as materials requisition, purchasing order, delivery order for all the transaction in purchase and store, including reject goods, rework, repairs and QC. Issue, receive and maintain inventory, consumable tools and equipment. Conduct vendor audit. Prepare monthly supplier payment. Perform assigned ah-hoc duties and tasks within timeline. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in construction related field or equivalent. Minimum 3 - 5 years relevant working experience. Construction site and overseas working experience preferred. Bilingual with proficiency in Korean preferred to liaise with Korean counterpart. Location Jurong West / Tuas South
