• 
  Our Client is a Japanese Real Estate Investment firm. The role of a Finance & Planning Assistant Manager is to be responsible for financing, planning, and handling new business and collaborations.
  
  【 What you will be doing 】
  
  (1) Funding:
  
  
  • Fund procurement from banks in Japan, Singapore, and other countries
  • Build and maintain relationships with related parties.
  • Explaining deals, negotiating terms and conditions, documentation, etc.
  • Structuring investment, recruiting investors, etc.
  • Fundraising from Head Office Finance Department
  
  (2) Planning:
  
  
  • Planning of business plans
  • Budget and performance management for the entire company
  
  (3) Oversee new business ventures and alliances:
  
  
  • New businesses and alliances with portfolio companies
  • New business expansion through M&A, etc.
  • Acquisition of AM business licenses and permits
  • Support for an overseas branch
  
  (4) Other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by superior

• Requirement

  
  【 What they are looking for 】
  
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree Holder from a reputable university
  • Preferably more than 2 years of working experience in related field
  • Working experience in financial industry is an advantageous
  • Capable of reading financial accounting report's balance sheet.
  • Proficient in Japanese language (min JLPT 3 level) as this position requires to liaise with Japanese Counterparts often
  • Able to Business trips (Average one a month: Thailand, USA, Japan, Vietnam etc.)

  9:00 ~ 17:50
