Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Perform SAP transactions in sourcing and swapping of parts for module build and repair.

\xc2\xb7 Collecting parts from Warehouse and issuing them to final inspection.

\xc2\xb7 Kit and move them over to Module Assembly based on build schedules.

\xc2\xb7 Comply with all department/cell standard work procedures and airworthiness requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Comply with quality requirements and ensure accountability throughout the process.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor engine shortages and coordinating with the respective areas for materials ETA date.

\xc2\xb7 Carry out any other job duties assigned, such as lifting, participate in EH&S program and PIV operations.

\xc2\xb7 Selected candidates will undergo both PIV and lifting training conducted by OEM and in-house trainers.

\xc2\xb7 Lead and assign jobs to planning assistant team on engine priorities.

\xc2\xb7 Carry out any other duties as assigned by Production Planner and Supervisor.

\xc2\xb7 Actively support and participate in EHS and Continuous Improvement and Ethics culture projects and any other corporate initiatives.

\xc2\xb7 To carry out other duties as assigned.

Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Minimum NITEC in any disciplines.

\xc2\xb7 2 years of relevant experience in production planning and supply chain operations.

\xc2\xb7 Comfortable with hands-on work to interact with engine technicians and support the planning and collection of parts in the warehouse.

\xc2\xb7 Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

\xc2\xb7 Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.

\xc2\xb7 Commit to work on rotating shifts (Day & Night) and overtime on need basis.

\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated to work independently with a positive attitude towards change management.

\xc2\xb7 Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

\xc2\xb7 Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.

\xc2\xb7 Relevant experience in Engine MRO, Manufacturing, or Aerospace industry is a plus.
