Planning Engineer (permanent/ Primavera P6/ Building Construction)

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordination with Clients and Consultants on the planning needs
- Creating Coordination Installation Programme (CIP) and coordination with other client/subcontractor/project team.
- Creating Programming plan, Trend chart and Activity movement chart as per planning specification
- Coordinate with QS Section on progress Claims
- Monthly Cash flow, Projection & Monitoring.
- Assist Planning Manager for Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports
- Highlight to the Project Team any Potential delay and risk & assist Planning Manager in Claim, EOT and Delay Analysis
- Assist tender team in tender programme for all upcoming Project under 6 or Microsoft Project
- Assist Planning Manager in Tender Presentation slide
- Producing manpower & equipment histograms and generating the corresponding progress S-Curve.
- Degree in Construction related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
- Highly experienced and proficient in the use of Primavera P6
