With the strong growth performance, there is a need to hire a strong Plant HR Business Partner for their Singapore hub.
The Plant HR Business Partner is the trusted partner to the Plant Leadership team where he/she will drive organisational and people development initiatives in line with Global and Asia Pacific business strategy. This will include development and deployment of HR strategies to support sites and critical business functions in Singapore and, delivery of talent management and development strategies. As part of the core HR team, the Plant HR Business Partner will drive performance levels by establishing a high-performance culture with clear expectations, as well as to lead cultural transformation that further differentiated the company from its competition.
The Successful Candidate
To succeed in this role, you have at least 10 years of relevant plant/manufacturing HR experience, preferably within the Pharma/Medical Devices/ Chemical/Manufacturing sector. As part of their business growth, you have prior experience in supporting a high growth business and/or new business set-up in Singapore. As a proven HR business partner, you have a broad knowledge of HR capabilities and best practices, coupled the ability to develop and execute insightful and meaningful HR roadmap and/or initiatives. You build strong relationships at all levels across the organisation, a team player and mentor/coach who possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
