Role Description

• Act as Delivery Lead for the platform
• Own and maintain product backlog in defined domain(s)
• Drive creation of clear product specifications based on market needs, customer requirements and identify industry trends related to BPM, Case Management, user experience, collaboration and enterprise application development
• Present currently available features and product strategy to business users via speaking engagements, webinars, and visits
• Evaluate competitive offerings and deliver on product differentiation, positioning, and communications
• Research innovative approaches to solving problems while keeping up to date on technology developments
• Liaise with the relevant stakeholders to ensure all steps of the process are successfully completed

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Ability to adapt, strong team player, self-driven and results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurship spirit to get things done, result oriented and driven to succeed
• Able to think out of the box
• Relevant experience of more than 12 years as a Product Owner/ Project Manager in large-scale BPM programs
• Thought leadership in conceptualizing ideas and translating them into tangible outcomes and benefits
• People leadership to manage a team and influence stakeholders on the digital transformation journey
• Experience in product development of enterprise payment systems and operations workflow is an advantage
