To arrange and prepare logistics and coordination of all items for new and existing playgroup classes: a. Packing and delivery of items to existing and new classes.
b. Coordinate the decoration and set-up of classrooms.
c. Prepare and order items necessary to ensure the stockpile is sufficient for replacement needs.
d. Keep stock of the office inventory for the playgroup classes. 2. Briefing of new teachers. 3. Training and management of current teachers: a. To provide, plan and execute the training program for playgroup teachers.
b. Improve the customer service and teaching standards of teachers by means of courses, in-house training, and general briefings.
c. To manage and counsel teachers if necessary in the area of discipline, performance, and teaching styles. 4. Internal audit of playgroup classes: a. Travel, conduct, review and assess each playgroup class based on People\xe2\x80\x99s Association audit requirements
b. Follow up with RCs and teachers on closing the audit findings. 5. Act as ad-hoc relief teacher when necessary. 6. Other ad-hoc duties. Job Type: Full-time Schedule:
