Plumbing / Drainage Supervisor (perm Morn/ Macpherson)

Job Description
- Work place : macpherson - Nearest MRT , Tai Seng (Bus Number to reach : 8, 62, 90, 151)
- Mon to Fri - 7am to 4pm / Every Sat : 7am to 1pm (Sometime may start earlier like 4am)
- Supervise a team of specialist / workers on the day to day service operations, safety compliances and ensure that standard operating procedures followed at all times by all subordinates
- Ensuring team meets set targets which includes but is not limited to SOS (State of Service), Staff Retention, Quality Checks (SQC), Leads and CVC (Customer Voice Counts)
- Ensuring prompt and timely service at customers\xe2\x80\x99 premises
- Ensure discipline, counseling and coaching of DR specialists
- Assisting OM /OE in ensuring service excellence and quality
- Manage customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions to rectify the problem
- Conduct on-job training for new staff
- Any other duties as assigned by OM
Job Requirement
- GCE \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d Level and above or equivalent and/ or relevant working experience
- Comfortable working in Plumbing / Sanitary related environment or job
- Possess strong leadership capabilities, handling approx 30 Draining specialist
- Service-oriented
- Possess minimum Class 3 license, Class 4 license will be a bonus
- Computer literate, knowledge in usage of Microsoft Office and mobile phone applications is a must
