Poplar Homes is looking for candidates with Escalation/Retention backgrounds for our PMA and Lease Renewal Specialist post. Responsibilities:

• Initiate contact with owners and renters 90 days before the end of the Lease Agreement and determine whether to renew/extend the contract or move out by the end of the lease.
• Should the contract be within the 90 days until the expiration of the Property Management Agreement, the team will handle communication with owners to determine whether the owner will terminate or continue the contract with Poplarhomes as a property manager;
• Handle move-out Process:
• Process Break of Lease

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethics with no attendance issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Has high attention to details
• Effective/strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• Strong personality that can overcome objections
• Great negotiation skills
• Flexible to weekend and graveyard schedules.
• Background and knowledge about property management and retention is a plus
• Work From Home Set-up
• Must have a working desktop and stable internet
