The team you’ll be part of
Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).
The PMO Manager owns the project / program execution governance in a CDM / Program / Project structure and facilitates the implementation of the official PMO and Program Business Management methodology.
What you will learn and contribute to
Are you passionate about solving problems? As part of our team, you will:

  • Responsible to provide PMO methodology support to the CT Delivery organisation
  • Ensure Program Business Management (PBM) methodology is deployed and to support the Delivery Owner in project execution through:
  • Governing, communicating and supporting the business to ensure full transparency to allow for informed decision making.
  • Ensure Projects are delivered in a consistent / united manner within the CT
  • Deployment of efficient processes with continuous improvements
  • Optimise resource efficiencies in delivery functions within CT’s e.g. schedule management
  • Support financial and operational performance reviews, timely escalation/mitigation as per project governance model
  • Support/facilitate project governance (Tactical and Operational), customer related governance for identified projects
