In charge of establishing a preventive maintenance system and overseeing the execution of maintenance plans for the site and machinery as scheduled.
Leading a team of Maintenance Technicians to diagnose issues, perform maintenance, and carry out repairs on machinery.
Coordinating and overseeing subcontractors for external tasks.
Identifying spare parts and tools to reduce downtime.
Allocating personnel to handle minor mechanical and electrical repairs.
Assisting in crafting tools for production purposes.
Advocating for and implementing safe work practices and activities in alignment with OHSAS and company goals.
Undertaking any additional responsibilities assigned by immediate supervisors.
Requirements:
Candidates should hold a technical diploma or possess equivalent experience in plant and machinery maintenance, ideally with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory position.
