Porsche Singapore is offering a vacancy for a Porsche Host / Guest Relations Officer within the Sales and Customer Excitement team. Work for one of the world\'s most iconic brands and join us at our exciting new Porsche Studio Singapore.

The Porsche Host / Guest Relations Officer is responsible for providing an unparalleled customer experience to our Porsche customers. The successful candidate will deliver a professional, prompt and best-in-class service experience to Porsche customers to create excitement and build trust that enables customers\' satisfaction.

Tasks

• Welcome the customers warmly, assist them on their needs at the Porsche Studio and create a lasting atmosphere that enables customers\' satisfaction. This includes offering refreshments to the customers; and the confidence to pro-actively approach and converse with customers for a welcoming front-of-house experience
• Handle all customer queries in a professional and timely manner through the different communication touchpoints (in-person, phone call, e-mail or online chat) and distribute to colleagues for follow-up (if needed)
• Provide customers with information on all the Porsche products and services (such as New cars, Pre-owned Cars, Lifestyle products, etc) available through the Porsche Studio
• Assist in the promotion and sales of Porsche Products and Services such as Porsche Lifestyle which includes the handling of transactions
• Obtain and record customers\' information and enquiries in the CRM system with high accuracy

QualificationsQualifications

• Prior experience in a similar front-facing role, hospitality, luxury retail, or airline industry would be advantageous
• A team player with excellent communication, immaculate presentation, and interpersonal skills, able to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• A consummate understanding of luxury and customer service
• Confident and charismatic personality with great attitude towards customer
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritise and multitask
• Required to perform shift work including weekday evenings, weekends & public holidays
