Join our Operations & Delivery team in Singapore as a Port Delivery Manager where you will be responsible for delivering port operations specifically overseeing the delivery of our Shore Excursions (Shorex) operation and all related logistics.

Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services is a TUI owned specialist business providing cruise ship handling services to cruise lines in destinations throughout the world. You will be assisting cruise lines and other clients on their daily operations.
You must have the right to live and work in Singapore before applying for this role.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Guarantee proper level of resources to deliver operations and manage staffing accordingly to the needs of each operation.
• Manage and review the shore excursion details for our cruise clients before arrival of ship, pre-book suppliers, stock of tickets for venues, source restaurants. Update and communicate any last-minute changes.
• Liase with key stakeholders, book guides, to ensure local government compliances are adhered to per port.
• Responsible to develop and maintain continuous communication with the cruise ships and both internal and external stakeholders, including Port Authorities.
• Ensure a good commercial relationship with Cruise Lines by providing all relevant feedback and all relevant documentation is completed.
• Oversee operational incidents and managed any escalated complaints to review and minimise impact to the service delivery.

ABOUT YOU

• Proven ability to manage a team and deliver results.
• Ideally should bring experience from the Port/ Cruise Shore Excursions / Tour Operator business with prior experience in working in a fast-paced environment.
• Is comfortable leading change and resilient to ambiguity or setbacks.
• Be available to work on weekends or holidays where cruise operation requires.
• Solve problems independently and make suggestions how to improve ways of working. Required to drive our digital culture and strategy.
• Agility to juggle strategic priorities/projects whilst delivering day-to-day operational logistics.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, plus fluency in the local language.
• Full driver’s license is a plus but not required.
