Post Listing Operations Manager
Job Description
Strategy Ops:
1) Build the rules for Credit/Risk rating for listed projects, should be execute by postlisting ops
2) delisting and monitoring all listed projects in the risk control radar, responsible for delisting execution.
3) Build the rules/SOP for trading zone upgrades, responsible for execution.
4) Build the rules/SOP for Project trading pairs add up and delete, responsible for execution.
5) Build the rules/SOP for Project MMs management and be responsible for regular monitoring.
6) Be the checker for all Post listing Ops decisions regarding the projects\xe2\x80\x99 requests
Postlisting Ops:
1) New Project Launching follow ups with BD and Spot Ops (contract terms, liquidity, deposit, custody,etc)
2) Credit/Risk rating and prioritization for listed projects with CRM logic.
3) Campaign executions (Marketing, Trading,etc)
4) Project Tech requests evaluation and executions
5) Project Ops requests evaluation and executions
6) Project Tech\\Trading\\Ops\\PR Accident management and solutions executions
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of post listing/ product operations experiences
- Experienced in handling the full risk control process
- Driven and positive attitude
- Highly hands-on / Ability to roll up your sleeves
- Analytical and structured
- Must be a self-starter and leader who evaluates the risks and rewards of different growth initiatives
