Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Production and Operations Manager to oversee and manage the set production and technical requirements for luxury and lifestyle events and exhibition.

You will ensure events are successful, paying attention to quality, time and budget constraints, and be able to get exposure to projects with international luxury and lifestyle brands.

Scope of Work

• Be part of the production and operations team in planning and coordinating events and exhibition in Singapore and regional countries.
• Manage overall production timelines and quality
• Oversee vendors & logistic agencies to ensure deliverables are met
• Cost negotiation and managing suppliers’ relationships.
• Project operations planning and administration which include pre-event preparation, onsite execution and post event closing.
• Internal liaisons and communication with our project and design divisions;
• On site set up supervision and production management from fabrication to activation for events and exhibitions.
• Technical supervision including for audio, video, lighting, electrical, and related requirements.
• Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on event day.
• Risk assessment, safety regulations and process management for events and exhibitions.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience of successful production management for luxury & lifestyle events & exhibitions.
• Relevant experience and knowledge in set construction, audio, video and light requirements for events and exhibitions.
• Strong supplier management and quality control to ensure supplier deliver high quality service
• Effective negotiation skills for costs with external vendors
• Well-organised and detailed work approach.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Understand AutoCAD layout and technical production plans.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking counterparts)
• Enjoys challenges and problem solving.
• A good sense of humour is helpful.
