minimum of CCNP certification (CCIE preferred)
and possess strong hands-on experience in deploying and resolving network solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide
post-sales technical support
including implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure successful project delivery and system optimization.
Handle escalated issues from the support team and offer
technical expertise onsite or remotely
.
Maintain technical documentation related to post-sales activities.
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem resolution.
Requirements:
Minimum CCNP certification

Strong experience in
network implementation and troubleshooting
, particularly in enterprise or service provider environments.
Familiarity with Data Centre infrastructure
, network design, and architecture.
Experience with Cisco technologies is a plus.
