Involvement in ongoing academic research projects;
Design, execution, and coordination of experiments, field studies, and multi-lab projects;
Publishing in reputable academic journals and practitioner outlets;
Although no teaching is required, the postdoctoral fellow may assist with teaching and case writing on related topics;
A proportion of the time can be dedicated to the postdoctoral fellow's own research projects.
Qualifications:
Experimental design skills are required;
Competence in advanced quantitative data analysis (SPSS, STATA, R, etc.);
Interest and, ideally, some experience with crowdsourcing science, i.e. large projects involving numerous experimental manipulations or coordinating the contributions of a number of sub-teams;
Ability to work both as part of a team and independently;
Excellent oral and written communication in English;
Programming skills are desirable but not required .
