About this roleWe are looking for a passionate, driven and results-oriented individual to lead the B2B Public Relations and Analyst Relations function, and our story-telling agenda globally. The role will manage an "always-on" editorial calendar orchestrating our news across planned, opportunistic and reactive stories. He/she will work closely with PR, AR, executive and employee communications teams to plan the stories we want to tell and the channels we want to use. He/she will run a news bureau function. In addition, he/she will contribute to content and story ideas to help tell Circles X stories across different communication channels including web, video, social and external blogs. S/he will tell a unified story across earned, owned and paid channels reaching the broadest set of customers, partners and influencers in the most impactful way possible. Think of creative and interesting ways to bring together the Circles X story with a steady drumbeat of "always-on storytelling." Foster relationships with editors, journalists with a focus on business and broadcast media, as well as information technology (IT) and telecom verticals Develop analyst relations programme in key markets, tiering strategy around targeted analysts and management of regular engagement based on that strategyWho you'll be working with B2B Leadership Team Department Leaders VP Marketing External AgenciesWhat we are looking for ~5-10 years of PR, media, communications, analyst relations experience in SaaS, Cloud & Tech space. Telecommunications experience is a plus Experience working with agencies, media, analysts, and customers for communication assets and customer reference stories Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience developing and editing materials (multimedia press releases, pitches, by-lines, and PR plans etc) in support of PR and AR activities Good understanding of telecommunication software sales and digital transformation story telling preferred, but not mandatory Experience working with tech clients across different regions (APAC, Europe, North America, LATAM and MENA) preferred, but not mandatory Able to engage effectively at all levels of an organization (both internally and with partners).
