Job Description

  • With experiencin e Calendar Management
  • Must have a good level of communication
  • Knowledgeable in Data management
  • Knowledgeable in preparations and proof reading of documents such as legal letters, new business intake forms, expense letters, presentations and reports
  • Billing and expense processing
  • With experience in the assistance of any travel-related matters from requirements to bookings and reservations
  • With experience in preparing reports, as well as general office duties
  • Knowledgeable in taking minutes of the meeting
  • Experience as VA in the same field is also encouraged to apply
  • willing to work in a flexible schedule
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setting 3 days onsite and 2 days Work at Home (Makati Office)
Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:

  • Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • Executive Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
