Job Description

Job Summary: Pre-Sales Engineers are responsible for interacting with potential clients to determine their needs and explain the value of their company's products or services. They may also be tasked with creating presentations, writing proposals, and other activities that help seal the deal.Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identifying and contacting potential clients for the company's products or services.
• Provide technical pre-sales support to various entities for the purpose of promoting and selling products/solutions. Entities include potential customers, existing customers, partners, and resellers.
• Engage with customers as a trusted advisor, listening and understanding their challenges and requirement - both technical and business, and clearly articulate and communicate to the sales team, and document them.
• Coordinating with sales and marketing team to ensure that designs meet customer needs and can be manufactured cost effectively.
• Providing information about products or services to potential clients, including demonstrations of new products or services.
• Consulting with customers to determine their needs and preferences to help them select the right products or services for their needs.
• Coordinating with marketing teams to develop marketing campaigns for new products or services.
• Preparing proposals for new projects and negotiating prices with clients or other parties involved in the project.
• Creating detailed plans for the project timeline, expense estimates, and project specifications.
• Conducting tests to determine if products meet quality standards or if they are likely to produce the desired results in consumers.

Qualifications: Educational Background: o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or any related field. Experience: o Open for all FRESH GRADUATES Skills Required: o Knowledge of different products for Network and Security/Storage and Servers is an advantage.o Strong written and verbal communication skillso Analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesTraits: o With pleasing personalityo Attention to detailso Positive, service-oriented personalityo Expressive and extrovertAdditional Preferences: o Active in school organizations (Officer is a plus)o Athletic (Varsity Player is a plus)Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduateSalary: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per monthBenefits:
