Roles & Responsibilities Job Overview Aboitiz Data Innovation (ADI) is one of the leading up and coming start-ups in the field of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. We are seeking a talented Pre-Sales Lead to join our team to drive expansion of our business in the region. You will be responsible for the pre-sales function in a variety of client engagements across data clean up, secure data exchange platform subscription, and the delivery of AI/ML models to solve client articulated problems.
The successful candidate will be adept at managing a technology solutions sales cycle, comfortable managing multiple internal and external stakeholders and be able to clearly articulate a solution-based value proposition founded on client discovery using a proprietary secure data exchange platform to deliver AI/ML models to address client problems.

Responsibilities

  • Support client engagements through providing technical support, interacting with the client technology teams to answer questions about platform security, infrastructure, and the process of data model build and delivery
  • Act as an interface between the commercial team and the Data science leads
  • Track all customer feedback for the product team to analyse and work on
  • Manage all RFP and proposals for commercial sign-off (deal value, person day services calculations, SOW, etc.)
  • Become familiar with the technology to provide detailed customer-centric demonstrations of products and potential AI/ML model workings
  • Manage Technical stakeholders as part of every opportunity

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of pre-sales experience (prior experience in customer-facing roles in consulting, professional services may apply)
  • Advanced technical understanding of the following: APIs, Data management and ingestion, data quality and de-duping, data science techniques and toolsets (Python, SQL etc.), and systems integration and architecture
  • Knowledge of data security principles (ISO 27001 and cyber essentials) or other Infosec principles a plus
  • Demonstrable track record of coordinating/running RFP processes for deals of 500k+ USD
  • Financial Services industry experience a must. Candidates with knowledge and/or expertise in AML/Financial Crime/ Risk or transformative solutions sales preferred
  • An active and usable contact network within ASEAN of Heads of data/Heads of Transformation, Heads of Analytics, Heads of Technology and CISOs
  • An aptitude for problem-solving and someone that can thrive in an unstructured scale-up environment
  • Self-starter
  • Fluency in English a must, other Asian languages desirable
