Matrix management of the presales resources within ASEAN
Ownership to support all ASEAN sales opportunities with the applicable sales representative
Direct interaction with key customers to become a trusted advisor, build roadmaps & work with the sales team for strategy execution
Communicate as part of the APAC team and work together in order to produce best solution which shall fullfill customer\'s requirements
Performance planning and management of the ASEAN presales team
Act as the primary solution interface to customers as well as to our sales team, owning the technical responsibility for requirements analysis, solution architecture and design.
Work with our sales team to make our solution sales pitches and design work match customers\' business needs and environment.
Lead the production of deployment architecture and solution level design document.
Be innovative, continuously think and asses the next step, and be one step ahead of our customers.
Execute demo and presentation to show the value of Verint solution not only for prospect but also marketing activities.
Work with the ASEAN sales and management team to define and execute the local Go-To-Market strategy.
Position and present the proposed solution to end users, technical staff, operations, senior managers and C- level.
Organize training sessions for channels and alliance professionals on how to sell and position the Company and its solutions for the Contact Centre market.
Take ownership for drafting and managing high quality responses to RFPs and RFIs.
Build a strong working relationship with the relevant groups within Verint including engineering, sales, services, alliances and business partners where appropriate.
Assist in the selling process of Verint Systems solutions to prospects and current customers.
Participation in trade shows / events
Drive partner strategy an enablement across the ASEAN region

People Specification
Education and Experience Requirements:
A Bachelor or Master degree in a technical and/or business discipline
Five years industry experience in telecommunications / call center technology
Five years experience in presales / solution consulting
Three years people management experience in a presales / solutions capacity
Requirements:
Knowledge in the following areas: VoC, WFM, BI, BO, CTI, CRM, Voice recording, PBX/ACD, Web/Internet, SQL server, Database knowledge, computer H/W & networking
Strong presentation and demo capabilities
Strong verbal/written communication skills (English)
Self-motivated, highly organized and team-oriented
Must demonstrate a high level of technical expertise and experience
Must have good commercial judgment and be capable of working in an aggressive sales environment
