The successful incumbent can look forward to being part of the highly committed & fun-loving teaching team in their journey to uphold the high-quality early learning environment for our young learners.Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the pre-schoolOversee curriculum planning and professional matters, providing inputs and perspectives, and mentoring teachers in areas of pedagogy, delivery and use of tools and resourcesIn collaboration with the team, nurture and support the children in their personal, social and academic growth by designing and delivering dynamic and responsive learning programmes.Ensure that planning, preparation, recording, assessment and reporting meet the children's needs and the School's philosophyValue holistic education,Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environmentAble to lead a centre independently.Skills and Knowledge Required: Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or Degree in any discipline, with Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPL)At least 1 years of experience for Principal role or 2 years for Vice-Principal role in a pre-school setting and exposure in a supervisory roleExperience as a Senior Teacher may be considered for Vice-Principal roleDemonstrate strong knowledge in curriculum and teaching pedagogyStrong leadership qualities with passion in equipping and inspiring children's livesExperience in handling SPARK Certification processHands-on experience in mentoring and coaching educators towards quality teaching practicesCandidates who are keen building a solid teaching career are welcome to apply and strongly encourage to send an updated resume to [ Link removed ]
