A people centric person and a leader that brings with you strong knowledge of the requirements governing the Childcare industry. Have a proven track record in building strong teams and ensuring growth of the center by building enrolments & understanding customer retention strategies. Have an excellent presentation and verbal communications skills as you conduct school tours for prospective parents. People oriented and understand how Customer Relationship Management (CRM) works when managing customers, external vendors, stakeholders, regulatory boards and government bodies. Above all, you are a leader who is able to see beyond what makes a child centric environment whilst leading the team to accomplish goals that move the center towards service excellence. Diploma in Early Childhood Education - Teaching & Leadership is a must Degree in Early Childhood Education will be advantageous Minimum 5 years' teaching and management experience in a childcare/preschool Must be Computer savy with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
