Job description In your new role you will: * Conduct evaluation and feasibility checks, studies for preparation and decision making of the building and facilities infrastructure de Job description In your new role you will: Conduct evaluation and feasibility checks, studies for preparation and decision making of the building and facilities infrastructure development with detailed know how in engineering and project implementation Oversee and execute the implementation of production requirements into building area set-up and trades, transition and implementation of production requirements into site, building and area set-ups Manage the contract, tender, claim management, interface, verification, project masterplan, set up of work scopes, contracting, budget set up and comparison to benchmark, fee structures and application, change management, expert advice for invest installation cost efficient controlling Manage and provide guidance on capacity planning and designing the facilities infrastructure, media supply systems, hook up of production equipment, knowledge concerning project initializing, resource management, project controlling and documentation, methods of fast project execution Lead a team of Facilities Engineering and Project engineers to fulfil the demand/request of the production and office, primarily engaged in planning, design, analysis, monitor and/or execution of entire project from initialization, procurement, construction, installation, test and commissioning to ready for use that related to facilities such as ACMV, Electrical, PCW, CDA, LN2, GN2, CleanRoom, Building and Real Estate, etc Manage and implement Energy Management System (EnMS) and Energy Efficiency Opportunities Assessment (EEOA) in accordance to Energy Conservation Act (ECA) and local requirement, corporate requirements and certifications, and Energy Saving projects. Liaison with local authorities, consultants and auditors for related energy and facilities matters. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent Engineering discipline 10 years of experience in facilities related engineering Possess Singapore Certified Energy Manager Possess a Project Management Certification Knowledge of AutoCAD, SAP Plant Maintenance, Building Management Systems (BMS), Tableau, Splunk, SPC Proficient in MS office applications
