Key Tasks and Responsibilities: * Lead implementation and ensure HSE-MS is compliant with corporate, legislative and client requirements. Regularly review improvement opportunities Develop and review performance goals and HSES objectives and targets including KPIs Plan and execute internal and external HSES Audits and compliance assurance programs Provide technical support during project proposal tendering Evaluate and assess subcontractors/vendors to ensure their HSES standards are aligned to HSES MS and project specific HSES requirements Engage in pre and post award contractor management processes Produce project HSE Plans and Procedures as required Technical level liaison with clients Ensure all incidents are reported, investigated and corrective actions are implemented to avoid recurrence of similar incident. Establish HSES programmes and campaigns Business travel as necessary to support project requirements Preparation and facilitation of HAZIDs Responsible for facilitation / coordination and implementation all HSSE facets related to the TOW and OFFSHORE phase till Startup Other duties connected with the Function, as directed Essential Qualifications and Education: At least 15 years' HSES experience in oil and gas industry, including design Diploma in Risk Management or equivalent NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Trained and experienced ISO standards auditor (14001 or 45001) Knolwedge of NR 37 regulation Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Sharepoint) Excellent interpersonal skills Well-developed report writing skills
