This job holder will implement the Ministry's relocations and retrofitting projects, to ensure the development projects are administered and executed to the satisfaction of stakeholders and project deliverables are achieved within stipulated desired outcomes such as completed within stipulated timelines, budgets and in compliance to the relevant statutory requirement and governance, etc.What you will be working on:

• Manage and coordinate with various stakeholders to establish the workflow to gather users' requirements. xe2x80xa2 Manage procurement of professional services such as consultants, contractors, etc in accordance to stipulated guidelines and SOP. xe2x80xa2 Ensure compliance to systems and controls setup for managing variation orders, seeking approval, budget utilisation and progress updates. xe2x80xa2 Prepare project brief and assist depts / agencies to determine and manage functional requirements, project scope, time, costs, and quality targets such as workplace safety. xe2x80xa2 Ensure cost of the project is within predetermined limits and continuously seek value-for-money opportunities while maintaining and improving project outcomes. xe2x80xa2 Execute the handover of completed site to MOM's core teams for proper transition of assets/inventories, facilities maintenance, and records management.

What we are looking for:

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying and Building related field. xe2x80xa2 Project management experience of at least 5 years in a middle management capacity for large scale/ complex public sector projects. xe2x80xa2 Self-motivated and able to work independently and efficiently with multiple stakeholders. xe2x80xa2 A team player with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. xe2x80xa2 Strong analytical skills and attentive to details. xe2x80xa2 Able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight timelines. xe2x80xa2 Versatile and adaptable in a complex operational environment.
