Responsibilities:

Analyse and diagnose heavy vehicle defect.
Perform mechanical, pnuematic and electrical repair and overhaul maintenance services.
Attend and provide recovery support to breakdown vehicles.
Manage a team of technicians.
Process warranty claim and managing stock availability.
Tabulate monthly technical report.
Handle facilities and equipment maintenance.
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:

Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Automotive engineering
Experience in automotive working environment
Possess a class 3 and 4 driving license will be added advantage
Analytical and fault-finding skills
Alble to commnicate and write in English
Service-oriented mindset
Prepared to be on 24 hours standby for emergency recall
