Review and process new client/EAMs account opening documentation and static data update and maintenance into the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
Review and support periodic review in static data maintenance in CRM system on a regular basis.
Assist in administrative matters arising from Relationship Managers\xe2\x80\x99 meeting with the client.
Provide support in transaction processing and service delivery of clients\xe2\x80\x99 requirement
Prepare reports for clients upon request.
Assume responsibilities and perform tasks and assignments that may be assigned by the reporting manager from time to time.
At all times comply with the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s internal policies and practices; as well as relevant industry rules and regulations.
Requirements:
Tertiary education in any discipline
Organised and detail oriented
Able to exercise judgement effectively
A natural team player with positive attitude
Proficient in MS office applications
Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
Ability to understand Mandarin is an advantage as the candidate is required to work with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
