Private Banking Operations Associate

Job Description
Our client is a Regional bank with global presence.
Responsibilities
- Provide back-office support to private banking and treasury operations.
- Transaction processing (FX, Equities, Structured Product, Bond, Note)
- Process settlements in systems
- Daily reconciliation of securities positions / holdings.
- Prepare trade confirmations and statements to clients.
- Assist new product or system enhancement testing and UAT.
- Prepare monthly reports related to transactions, KPI and regulations
- Relevant Treasury operation and settlement experience in banking environment.
- Good processing knowledge of financial products: FX, FX Option, Swap, Equity, Funds, Bonds, Notes, Structured products...etc.
- Relevant experience in banking system (e.g. Murex, Avaloq, Swift, MEPS+, SGTR System).
- Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of related regulations, Anti Money Laundering & Terrorist Financing, Customer Data Protection and Operational Risk issues
