Some of the key responsibilities will include
- Managing services delivered across different businesses, products, and contracts.
- Ensuring effective governance around vendor service performance, risk, and change.
- Review vendor capacity and capability.
- Engages product / function development to ensure a superior vendor offering in the face of changing client needs and market trends.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Wealth Management Business operations processes & products.
- Processing knowledge in either Equities / Fixed Income / Funds / Structured Products / OTC Derivative/ Loans & Deposits product
- Knowledge of Avaloq is a plus.
