Entity and activity description Air Liquide Singapore Private Limited (ALSg), the largest and leading industrial gas company in South-east Asia, employs 800 people recognized for their high level of expertise to provide gases, equipment, services and packaged solutions to support the requirements of the Singapore manufacturing industry. Missions and Responsibilities

• Facility Management
• Process optimization and smooth operations of gas plant/gas supply systems to meet customers’ requirements
• Ensure site equipment maintenance regime is fully complied to maintain and enhance plant availability, for example do regular checks on the quality of the maintenance done by vendors and Reliability Centre.
• Train and qualify operational staff in accordance with plant procedures and industrial standards
• Implement safety and quality management systems and standards by tracking and improving performance to achieve quality products and related outcomes

Competencies and Profile

• Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum two years’ relevant experience in chemical process related operations or production
• Possess good leadership competency
• Strong customer service mindset with readiness to respond to customers on a 24-hr basis
• Good knowledge of field / process instrumentations and DCS / PLC operating system.
• Possess analytical skills in troubleshooting and knowledge in gas handling and field processing.
• Staff management experience.
