Our facility in Manila, Philippines has been operating since 1996 with key functions in Design and Development, Engineering, Manufacturing and other disciplines. This site specializes in product design, process development and mass production of Photodiodes, Photodiode Arrays and High-Performance Sensors. These product technologies are primarily for LiDAR applications such as autonomous vehicles and range finding, as well as safety and security applications including smoke detection and luggage scanning. We are presently seeking for Process Engineer that will drive yield & quality improvement, COPQ reduction, and productivity improvement, especially in relation to electrical testing processes for wafer and discreet components.
Main responsibilities:

• Drives yield & quality improvement, COPQ reduction, and productivity improvement, especially in relation to electrical testing processes for wafer and discreet components.

Requirements:

• Graduate of Electronics Engineering
• Preferably with knowledge in electrical testing and troubleshooting, as well as handling test and measurement tools and equipment.
• With knowledge related on optoelectronics and testing parameters is a plus. Background on LabVIEW programming language is an advantage.
• Versatile and fast learner. Must have positive disposition. Good leadership skills and results oriented.
• With knowledge in the use of statistical tools as well as six-sigma methodologies is a plus.
